We can't say enough about how wonderful our meal was at Redibis. The location is amazing and the service was impeccable. Our host was amazing and the food was light, special and delicious.

A recent return to Redibis for New Year's Eve was a confirmation of the excellence, refinement and culinary creativity we experienced on our earlier visits. The behind the scenes organization was apparent in the timing, the perfect coordination, the service and in the smallest details...all contributing to a splendid, special, and satisfying evening. The well-thought out menu was worthy of... More

Hard to find anything negative about the restaurant. It is set in the ambulatory of a Roman amphitheater which in itself is really unique and although the large vaulted ceilings make the place look rather big it is by all means still very romantic. The personnel are very helpful and one feels warmly welcomed. If Italian is not (yet) your... More

The restaurant is very beautiful. The space is so old and has very interesting art and antiques. The staff was amazing. Very attentive and so helpful. The food was very creative. So great spins on some classic preparations. We were a large group and got to try many things. Our favorites were the squash blossoms, cod, rabbit tagliatelle and pea... More

Restaurant Redibis in Bevagna occupies a well-preserved part of the two ambulatories of the Roman theatre built under Emperor Trajan in the first century A.D. The ambiance is unique, stunning and evocative, offering a magnificent dining experience. Under new management with years of valid experience in the business, the tradition-based food is expertly revisited and extremely creative. There is palpable... More

We were in Umbria for a week and this meal was the best we experienced. Redibis was recommended by a friend who grew up in a neighboring town and has traveled extensively in Europe. The menu focused extensively on local, organic ingredients beautifully prepared and served. Our table ordered the revisited Caprese gazpacho of red tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and basil... More

Just "happened" upon Redibis while exploring Bevagna, and experienced one of the most inventive, fresh/organic and delectable meals anywhere. Prior to ordering, we were treated to a delicate pineapple gazpacho, which preceded our excellent antipasti of zucchini flowers with mousse of cheeses, baked cherry tomatoes and fried capers, in addition to the delectable Revisted Caprese salad consisting of a slightly... Feels like you're eating in a wine cellar. Service is the best! Food really delicious. Because it's a slow food restaurant I was expecting higher prices. Will recommend to others!

I lunched with a couple of friends recently, looking for that wonderful lunch outing in Bevagna. Had been to the restaurant about 8 years ago and it was wonderful. My experience last week was mixed as some dishes were delicious and other bland or the duck was tough. Ladies agreed, while the atmosphere was excellent and service good, the food... More

Description
The Restaurant " Redibis " is born from the awareness of a unique location and the will to save it from the obvious museum logic, in order to make it host the ancient ritual of dinner instead. We are in the Roman Theatre in Bevagna, built in the first century AD, probably under Emperor Trajan. A timeless setting along with an experimental and contemporary cuisine, able to give a gourmet experience out of the ordinary . Good food and wine are for us a passion, almost a religion. From this great love of ours "FOODIE" project was born. We've been professionals of food and wine for many years, real lovers of good food, and our purpose is to convey to all our guests the thrill of an unforgettable dinner. We are loyal to Italian traditional cuisine, but our eyes are always facing new trends, we are curious by nature and we like to experiment. At Redibis you can enjoy traditional dishes with a modern twist.
