Called in for a drink, intending to stay for an evening, yet the barmaid couldn't give us any bread to have with our olives because it meant "wasting a whole baguette ". I asked her to possibly review this decision as clearly it was mad....More

A well run village pub with good food. It is clean and appealing, with plenty of seating outside at the front (sloping somewhat!). Recommended, and well worth a visit, for food, or drink, or both!

Enjoyed a lovely summers afternoon at the pub. Family and dog friendly. It was popular so finding 2 tables together was a struggle so I would recommend phoning ahead. Food was good. Good quality of beer. All round a nice summers afternoon.
