Restaurant is placed on the territory of an acting monastery with great atmosphere, tasty food, nice garden and very helpful staff. Restaurant is always crowded, however not with the tourists and better make reservation beforetime. My favourite traditional Czech restaurant in Prague.

I had duck(kachna) and my husband had the pork ribs(zebra), and both were amazing. Big portions, great stuff and great beer. Also the prices are low in comparisson to other locations

Near the end of Tramline 22 locates Klasterni Senk restaurant. Selfmade monk beer and athmospere of the tavern were really good. Prices are very reasonable.

We wanted to check this place out & drink some monk-made beer. We had some yummy mushroom soup in a bread bowl. We also sneaked over to the mass being held just to check out the cathedral. The beer was pretty good, but a bit bitter. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really cozy and nice! It was a bit... More

Don't even think about showing up without a reservation. This place has become deservedly popular, even though it looks far away on the map. In fact, it isn't (it's only minutes from downtown on the 22 tram), but when you arrive you'll feel like you've gone back in time to this charming little restaurant/tavern nestled alongside an old monastery and... I just had the best meal in Czech Republic. The pork knee is amazing. I hoped I had visited this place before. Today is my last day here.

Great food and beer, we really enjoyed the dumplings. The rabbit and duck were awesome. Service and staff also very warm and welcoming. Ambiance really great, inside a monastery.

Great traditional Czech cuisine that you can wash down with fresh beer while warming yourself by the great hearth fire.

This restaurant is located next to Hotel Adalbert at the Brevnov benedictine monastery. The food is excellent and they also have an excellent selection of locally brewed beer (the monastery runs a brewery just a hundred meters away from the restaurant)
