Firstly I would actually say the pizza I had here is one of the best I have ever had. My starter of mozzarella and Parma ham was also very tasty. My partner however wasn't so impressed by his food and had slightly smaller portion sizes than he would have liked. Staff were friendly, and personally I would go back.

Both soups I tried were tasteless, while the egg-plant dish wasn't that good either (it felt very "acid"). The waitress seemed a bit grumpy (it was late, but that's not quite an excuse). The atmosphere is nice though.

Food wasn't bad. If there was a rating of three and a half that would be an accurate opinion. We both had pasta, one was a special which was ok but the spaghetti with pancetta, oil, chilli and garlic was better. The half carafe of red wine was very acidic. Service was ok.

With its cheerful red-checked tablecloths, this place has a really inviting and authentic Italian atmosphere. Although we had not booked, we were seated at a lovely window table and received excellent service. We ordered a simple pizza and salad, but it was the best pizza I have had in a long time and the freshest, tastiest salad too. The tiramisu... More

Had a nice meal here they didn't seem to understand gluten intolerant so had to judge from the menu by myself. Very limited choice. The other meals were ok lasagna very dense and heavy and the pasta small portion.

There were 3 of us ordering a half a meter pizza and it wasnt only cool and huge but tasted great. They forgot about a topping we asked for, but when we complained they offered to make a completely new one for us! Their wine was also nice and I really liked the dessert menu ;) It is not a... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
