Typical Czech pub with ground floor and cellar. They say it is slow service and not friendly stuff but we did not recognize it. Good enough to stop over and grab a beer on your pub crawl.

We came here twice during our visit to Prague. Our hotel was a just around the corner and we were looking for some good czech food and beer. We really enjoyed it both times.the portions were huge and our server was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing special, average food, average service. They advertise free desert to lunch menu, but we must ask for it, they didn´t want to bring it directly.
I sat inside, there were 2 waiters. They acknowledged my presence, but neither of them took the courtesy and spoke to me. I mean, I am in a restaurant, and the waiters do not even greet me, do not ask me what i want to...More
The restaurant is out of the main town, very near our hotel. Friendly service, good food, nice to go where the locals go, rather than the tourst traps in we ate in for other meals. Very reasonable.
Wanted a Czech meal. Picked Stroganov with potato dumplings and sauerkraut. With a glass of wine and espresso each the bill was about 15 UK pounds for 2 persons. Good honest food at very reasonable prices. Staff friendly and attentive.
We talked a lot during the dinner while enjoying the food which is originally Czech. The ambience and atomsphere are appreciable. The waitress is also friendly.
