I've chose Santa Fe chicken steak with pomfrit... steak is with some value while French fries has been like a stone that gets me idea to soften it with French dressing that hasn't been available, so I got yogurt dressing that didn't help: stone is stone Bad luck and with regrets must say it is far away from solid place... When i say worst, I mean that McDonald's is an healthy alternative compared to this. Also worst in flavor. Very cheap, still not worth it tough.

I had the Sacramento meal, bland undercooked potatoes and overcooked hard chicken. Was left feeling completely underwhelmed. Wouldn't kill the staff to smile either!

I've eaten here to try and avoid the fast food restaurants around but I'm not sure it was the best choice. Let's say the soup was good-ish (a bit on the oily side) but the second course was average at most (the schnitzel wannabe was quite dry and not too tasty). The serving was fast and the staff friendly, no... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to eat here. The staff were helpful and understanding of our requirements. The food was a good size portion and good value for money. In fact we came back and ate again the following day.

Food did not live up to its wonderful picture. The service dismal as if they would be better off working in a prison canteen. I would ask anyone looking to eat at the pallidium to give this one a wide berth.

Starting from the service: the staff is kind but we ordered at the register just like a fast food restaurant. The food was little and cold. They get it from those big heated self-service's trays and put it on your plate. You get it and find yourself a seat. It's cheap though.

Staff were pretty miserable, portions pretty small and the rizek - schnitzel - was very dry. Other food reasonably tasty. Won't go again.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
