Located across from the Spanish synagoge, it is at a geest location. But it seems like they truely exploit thans position. The food is mediocre, the staff practically ignores you and it is relatively expensive. The ground floor is a smoking area, non-smokers are seated in the basement... which still smells like smoke :-( There are a lot better places... More

Great food, big portions, nice place. However, the waiter was very rude, demanding to give him at least 10% tips. He refused to take the (less) amount we gave him and he persistently asked us three times to give him exactly 10% tips.

We had lunch here and had typical czech dishes like the pork neck and bread dumplings. Our waiter was nice and attentive but we had to wait quite a long time between the starter (potato soup in bread) and our main dishes. The location is very nice and there is a lot of seating available, nonetheless for busy hours like... More

I visited this place with my father and brother and we were very pleased. The grilled Camembert was an excellent starter :) Good cheap beer and good traditional Czech food

Like many - horrendous aggressive service. They couldn't care less about you. Somewhere to avoid with bells on.

The restaurant has two floors. The basement is the non-smoking area. Food is reasonable and is a good option to try the typical Czech food. The duck was average but the rest was ok.

We tried to book a table for dinner around 4pm, they told us quite rudely they don't accept reservation. We went to the place around 8pm, waiting for a table. They sat down groups of people before us because we were just three and they said "We sat down before a group of four because we had a table for... More

08/04/2017 Evening. From the minute one the waiter was rude, they tried to remove the dish before finishing it and likewise with the drinks pushing if we wanted to consume more !! At the time of paying I approached the cashier and the waiter forced me to pay the 10% saying that it was normal in the Czech Republic, I... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
