Hungarian food is very good if U like spicy to some extend taste. Yeah try soups...all of them...delicious! It seems to be heavy...thus wine is a must. Also U may try sweet wine as Hungary is good at it. Staff is friendly and supportive, especially about wines, however there is not enough waiters, and wine offer is quite small (also... More

This is a terrific Hungarian restaurant with great wine collection. I took traditional goulash-soup with beef, potatoes, noodles and spicy red pepper in a candled pot as starter; man ... you eat the whole pot! Then Hungarian beef ragout with red peppers and Tarhonya noodles; delicious! Got Unicum at the end, never heard about, but OK. Nice interior and good... More

I went to Hungary several times. I love this country for Budapest and cusine, which is one of my favourite. That's why when I went to the Borpince in Warsaw I was astonished. The place, which now has been rebuilt, have two floors. The first one for small snakcs and good wine and the second, in the basement, for the... More

The restaurant is very well situated, right in the city center of Warsaw. Interior is nice and cosy. The service is not excellent, but ok and friendly. What is truly excellent in this place are the true Hungarian dishes - especially their thick, yummy soups that are completely enough even as a main dish!

Everytime I'm visiting a city, I have to look for a hungarian restaurant. Most of them are a disappointment, but Borpince wasn't. Authentic hungarian food and good wines! Giving it just 4 out of 5, because they were advertising "Töltött káposzta" on their website and we went there because of that, but in the end they didn't even have it... More

Very good choice with very nice tasty and spicy Hungarian food The wine was excellent and the waiter as well , very friendly with nice humor kind and helpful. There was a delay between the first and second plate but despite of that the overall picture was very good. Nice warm place for a dinner !!

Our group of 6 had a great meal at Borpince. Our waiter was excellent and communicated well in English. The goulash sampler with 4 types of different goulash was very good. Highly recommended.

We went there for dinner on our first day in Warsaw. The food is different yet very tasty. Their salad which includes watermelon, feta cheese and greens is absolutely amazing. Our veg pasta was very different and fish for other friends was also liked by everyone.

We wanted to try a Hungarian restaurant so we decided on "Borpince". This restaurant is sited on Zgoda street a 5 minute walk from "Centrum" tram stop in the new town. On entering, we discovered an atmospheric cosy cellar where we could hear pleasant and melodic background music and were told that authentic Hungarian fare would be guaranteed. We were... More
