Over the years I've come out here, any of the "Zapiecek" shops will provide a great traditional Polish meal. They have tons of pierogi's of various flavors and fillings, good meat serving- my favorite is the small pig knuckle (the large would feed a family - get horseradish with it - wow!!), bigos (hunter stew) and cold beer. There is... More

This place gives you insight into Polish cuisine and at a very affordable price. The portions are really large so one portion can easily be enough for two persons. Ambient is really great and staff is really helpful. I am recommending this place!

I visit this place today ... I will highly recommend it for its cuisine. Though I don't know if people here in this country is not customer service oriented, but the staff in this place is bit rude and with an attitude, and that makes you feel unwanted, the food is good but the staff could improve A LOT !

Due to the significant amount of street touts for this restaurant, we thought we had better try it out, and it did suit us for a quick, light meal following the Warsaw food tour. It was quite a bustling restaurant, showing its popularity, but we were still seated and served relatively quickly. We ordered two different types of Pierogi, both... More

English menu, good food, good service, no language issues. A bit kitschy, but good pierogies. I had the beef with cabbage, pan fried, with the onion/bacon gravy. I actually went here once for lunch and once for dinner. The locations in Old Town are much larger and have outdoor seating, but this place was just fine and very convenient.

We attended for a night of great food and traditional dancing displays. The next day we went back for pierogi (dumplings) and they were delicious. Also value cannot be faulted.

Really nice variety of traditional Polish dumplings called pierogi. Best to try the pan-fried version with cheese sauce. The traditional Polish rye soup - zurek - is also recommended. The ginger hot drink with vodka is priceless in the cold Polish winter. Very good value for money. It is a restaurant chain and we tried one in the old town... More

We have visited just because of seeing a huge queue outside of other Zapiecek. I had pierogi with cottage cheese which were simple. My partner ordered potato pancake with goulash which was really tasty. Staff is ok but not fantastic. We had to wait so much time just to ask for the bill. Girls serve food but then they don't... We were recommended this Restaurant by our Hotel reception on our first evening in Warsaw. It looked fun from the outside and very busy with pretty waitresses rushing around in Polish Folk dresses. But, quite frankly, we were very disappointed. Nice presentation but very bland food. I had the Polish dish of 12 differently filled dumplings. They all tasted the... More
