A good find for omelette breakfasts and fresh juice. Good portions that kept us going throughout the morning. We found this on our first morning in Budapest and returned twice after this. Food is good value for money, juice a little expensive but we learnt that drinks of most kinds are pricy across the city.

We came in for a warm up and a hot drink- I had the elderflower and lemon and the other half had a coffee. Drinks were delicious, staff very helpful and s nice relaxed family friendly atmosphere- coming back for lunch 😄

I ate some pasta with mushrooms and goat cheese and it was superdelicious! Waiters are very kind and helpful and they are smiling to everyone. The place is cosy and trendy. Prices are a little high but taking into consideration the location it not surprises me.

I wouldn't normally do a negative review but I thought they had made a mistake and gave me a watery black coffee, so I asked if they minded making another but...alas it was the same. Coffee flavoured hot water the weakest Americano and for a coffee/breakfast place this should not be so. The music was played through a crackley speaker... More

Excellent choice for breakfast. Cozy, relaxing environment with very friendly staff. Value for money, as the bagel sandwiches are very tasty and in logical prices. First day here and we will visit everyday.

Always full in lunchtime. You can choose different vegs and fish and meat and they prepare the salad for you. Big size but relatively expensive. Sometimes there are more guests than places to sit. This results that you stand in the middle of the bistro with full tray and you can not sit down to eat. For client complain they... More

Good selection on the menu, great food, never been disappointed. On weekends you can have brunch the whole day. The staff is kind of ignorant, a bit disappointed in them.

We ordered daily menu (it was Friday and on Fridays its fish day). We got great mascarpone-rosehip soup with goji berries and sole fish fillets with spinach and fresh baked pastry. Really enjoyed our time there

Good selection on menu, we went for breakfast (not sure what the lunch options are) order your food at one till, pay at the second till and they bring food over. Food tasty, cafe is cute with a little quirky touches.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
