What a nice place. Prices are fair and the food is all cooked to order, with fresh ingredients, by a highly competent chef. We went for luncheon, then for dinner the next day. At dinner, from 8:00 p.m. on, there is a very pleasant band...More

Chanced upon this restaurant whilst visiting Budapest as part of a group of nine friends. Had the goulash soup and the chicken with feta and sun dried tomatoes. Thoroughly enjoyed both courses and very filling too. All our party enjoyed their food too. Highly recommended

Lado cafe is a small restaurant near the Continental Hotel in Budapest. The traditional hungarian food is beautifully cooked and in the evening there is live jazz and swing music. Very reasonably priced and delicious.

District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses
the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and
colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in
an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes
and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic
crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of
the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in
Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly

We prepare the classic meals of the Hungarian cuisine from the early breakfast till the late

We recomned the popular goulash soup, the little bit spicy vegetable ragout "Lecso" and the city's
popular "Budapest style beefsteak with goose liver".

Besides the meals, there are live jazz concerts
every evening from 20:00 till 22:00.
