Never ate here other than for breakfasts which were included with the room. But the breakfasts were excellent. Wonderful coffee machine and lots of selection of breads, pastries, meats, cheese, yogurts, eggs, fruits, etc.

We had a three-course dinner during restaurant week; a special price of 3300 huf. Service was great, the food was delicious, and the portions were well-sized. Heartily recommend the restaurant to everyone. The location is good too, just off the main pedestrian street near the food market hall.

The service was very efficient, the food great ... we opted for dinner here three times and every time the food was very tasty. Competitively priced as well.

Dined there twice during my stay. Good quality of food and wine at reasonable prices. Niice contacts with the waiters. Personally I prefer the restaurant area downstairs, next to the bar.

We visited during our stay in Budapest last August and had a dinner there. The food was good and our waiter was attentive. The menu had choices from variety of different cuisines and they serve mangalica pork. The restaurant is really nice inside, but I guess since we visited Budapest during an unusual summer heat wave, it was empty and... More

Enjoyed the food and the service was good. The menu was quite limited. Ate there 3 times during our stay and found it difficult to find something I wanted to eat that I hadnt had the days before.

Ate at the Princessin each evening whilst staying at the Residence Baron; the restaurant has a set menu at very reasonable cost, and a happy hour on drinks between 5 & 6pm. The service was very good, pleasant and courteous but also formal but not stuffy. We also were served an amuse bouche each night - a nice touch. Food... More

We tried the restaurant after a long day walking in city. The food was good, service was good too and price was ok. Kitchen send us toast bread before the main course. Dessert list was missing one item and two items needed 20 minutes to be prepared so we choosed only coffee.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
