We accidentally went to this restaurant and were very pleased. This is really a gourmet restaurant worthy of the Michelin star! Excellent selection of wines, beautiful interior.

The front desk staff at the hotel we stayed recommended this place for dinner, adding that it's one of the Michelin starred restaurants in town. I had the delicious shrimp dish and soup complemented with a fruity wine recommended. The plate was beautifully crafted, and the uniquely seasoned vegetables were awesome. We had a delightful chat with the patisserie who... More

Very cosy atmosphere. The personal touch by the owner David made it a memorable day. The food was very well presented. Menu is quite selective but we really liked the recommended options. The staff was very attentive.

Excelent food, everything is served like a piece of art on a plate. We had the angus steak and a salmon and it was beautiful and tasty. We also had desert and starters and everything was absoloutly tasty and beautiful. Pay attention that this is an expensive resturant but the food worth it.

Service is nice. Decoration is friendly and standardized. Non-alcoholic cocktails too sweet to be good. Appetizers are funny small to be taken into consideration to describe their taste. Main course -white fish proves that defrozen fish never could be good. Duck was quite good. The place (difficult to call it "a restaurant") is not very expensive. Just a new blunt... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
