Interesting quirky cool market / bar.... great produce and coffee... must see whilst in budapest. The meat selection to nibble on was amazing as were the cheeses.

Cool vibes. Brilliantly shabby, but obviously well thought out. Nice bars and good music in parts, good for a boogie.

What a unique and funky experience. Must do if in Budapest. Try the Palinka shots (but don't light a match anywhere nearby). Many different rooms with many different vibes, but one HUGE party going on throughout. When we arrived, the central courtyard was dancing to...More

We came here on a Sunday morning for the brunch. There is a little farmers market on the ground floor, the breakfast is at the second floor. For 4.000 per person you can have an all you can eat brunch - including coffee and juices....More

We visited this bar by accident, thinking we were going to the amazing Szimpla Kert. However it was perfectly nice. Quite small, friendly service, very friendly local clientele, cheap drinks, open late with a small outside area on the pavement.

Worth checking out. What was done to the building is pretty interesting. I went there for lunch, but didn't stay. There are better places for a meal nearby.

District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses
the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and
colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in
an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes
and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic
crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of
the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in
Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly
