This is a very pleasant, informal restaurant. We had delicious chicken and rice dishes at very reasonable prices. The service was relaxed and friendly. Not a place for a posh night out but great for sampling local cuisine and beer.

Had an excellence lunch here on Easter Monday. Our waiter was happy to tell us about his recent vacation to the US in which he drove across the entire country! However, the highlight was the food. Everything thing we had was delicious. I especially enjoyed a glass of local Chardonnay for only 1.5 euros.

I had with my friend a plate for two. It included 500 grams chicken, pork and beef and also vegetables, rice and fries. Price was 30 euros. Very tasty and good! I really enjoyed! Nice service and atmosphare. It was a little bit hard to find this place, because the address implies it is located nex to big road. Actually... More

Busy restaurant offering a wide range of good, traditional food to suit most tastes. Well presented and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff who provided good service. Interesting decor - check out the statuettes - cosy and relaxed atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious meal. Traditional Slovakian cuisine, everything I tasted, was perfect. Ok, the decoration looks like a traditional taverna and I prefer more modern or fusion restaurants, but at the end of the day you don't eat the table or the fancy lighting!! So, for sure, I propose this restaurant to everyone wants to eat a quality meal in Bratislava.

Very good friendly service, well presented and good food, traditional dishes but not heavy. Good vegetarian options. The nicest local Riesling we tasted during our stay, and at a very reasonable price.

Very good traditional Slovak food. Cosy interior. Not expensive. We had a good time - quite short though, the waiters apparently don't want their guests to stay long... :)

Restaurant was recommended by the concierge of our hotel but it was horrible. No one in our party enjoyed their food. And the service also left a lot to be desired. In short- do not go there!!

Randomly ended up here for lunch. Food was excellent. Chicken soup reminded me of a farmer's soup in Ontario. Fresh pieces of chicken, large roughly cut pieces of carrots, other root vegetables and fresh parsley. The salads are massive - would recommend splitting one. A wide selection of alcohol as well. Very authentic Slovakian fare. Loved it!

Ate here after reading other's reviews and was very impressed. Nice local feel to the restaurant and a good choice on the menu I had the slovak sheeps cheese gnocchi and it was really nice, definitely have the brownie or pancake after
