I stayed there for a conference, hoping to manage to relax in the spa in my free hours. However, the moment I arrived I realised that the place was mostly meant for families with kids (nothing against, I just imagined a more adult environment). From the glass wall dividing the spa from the reception, I could see that the pools... More

This is an ok choice when you want a hotel near the port of Tallinn and old town. The spa was modern and clean, but the water was so cold that everyone had crowded in the small "jacuzzi". A lot of kids running and splashing around so if you want a romantic getaway, this is not the place. The saunas... More

Hotel and spa is good. Rooms are clean, little bit lacked soundproof walls, but still rooms are fine. Spa ir great with one small addition - big hot bath tub is always full, maybe need another one or one smaller hot bath tub (hotter than are available right now).

The hotel has been sometime fine and new. Now I would recommended to make some renovations before the Quality drops below average. The room was not properly cleaned; skid marks in the toilet bowl and some hair (I would not dare to guess where they were originally) on the toilet floor. Towels-below average. Pillows were awfully flat. Beds-you can feel... More

I tried only the spa since I had a free 2 h entrance coupon from another hotel close to this. It is really wonderful with different swimming pools, and many baths. The sauna has a lot of space.

Was there second time on this year with my family (2 children). Hotel room was large (DeLux) and clean. The best part is the spa department, which is open from 10am to 10pm. It´s large and clean. There´s a pub middle in the pool where you can buy different drinks and enjoy it for example on jacuzzi or where ever... More

The hotel is on the port, which makes the access very easy when arriving by boat. The rooms are ok, clean and well equipped. My problem is more the "clients" visiting the place. It's a simple continuity of the "booze cruise" population which is planning to have "spa" while having ... another drink. Seeing the pools had simply refrained me... More

Everything is ok in this hotel. But just ok, not great, but not bad either. Breakfast is good with some extra good things like fresh salmon and great tasting herring in different kinds of sauces. Great black bread! Eggbutter was funny - it was more like eggmayo. I liked it. I had buffet lunch once and it was good. The... More

Quiet and peaceful in the lobby bar, even if crowded. Tasteful king prawns and good cocoa. Good restaurant!

Kids loved the spa even though crowded at high season. Room tidy and ok, even though terrible view from the second floor to the filthy roof. Breakfests really busy and crowded, stayed two nights and one morning it took 15 minutes to even get a table. The personnel worked hard, but there were lines and empty trays and they totally...
