This is still a gem, a little out of the way near the hill top of Spindler. The cooking and presentation of foods is decidedly french, with meats mostly local game (venison, boar, deer, etc.). A few standards (beef, pork) and a kids menu are available. Service is truly excellent. Prices are higher than average for Spindler, but teh value... More

We usually stay at hotel Pod Jasany with half board. I appreciate very much the variety and creativity of the half board daily menu. The food is absolutely excellent, service is amazing. On the top of that, the restaurant offers fantastic collection of wines. The restaurant is fairly small, but very cozy.

Dear Martina, we are grateful for you loyalty and always happy to see you again. For halfboard meal we try to choose some meals from the á la carte menu so our guest can taste it too. Hotel Pod Jasany More

We enjoyed a very nice dinner. Small but very cozy restaurant - only few tables with fantastic view to the mountains. Very good and professional service and waiter knowledgeable about the wines. Good selection of wine and a french style menu. Being summer I would have liked a more 'summer' / lighter menu. Food was excellent and very well prepared... More

A little out of the way in Spindler, this is a true gem. We enjoyed perfect service and top cuisine in a great setting. The views are spectacular - in winter, sadly, it's dark to early. Offers set menu (4 course), or a la carte. Chef recommended additional off the menu options, one of which I had to great delight.... More

Have been returning to Hotel Pod Jasany and the Le Petit G. for few years now. Being a wine junkie, this is just a must. The selection of wine is unparalleled not only for Spindl but in general. Food quality is kept at the same decent level, overall very pleasant experience.

Interesting place. Certainly very different (French cousine) than anything else in the village. Very small restaurant. Good French food. Very very impressive wine list.

The place is very cozy with mountain view windows. Food and service were great, especially worth trying speciality pancakes with Stroh liquor. Highly recommended

I would recommend this restaurant in case you are standing in Sp. Mlyn for more days and you want something for a change. French cuisine is for me not so fitting in a typicsl czech mountain interior or lets say to czech mountains, anyway it was very tasty there, so why not:)!

Description
Le Petit Gourmand
The cosy restaurant with 20 seats and a 10-person salon with a fireplace will surprise you with its almost homely atmosphere. The intimate environment is fine for romantic moments over extraordinary gourmand experience. Suitable also for business meetings or business dinners.

The menu offers specialties of Krkonoše, French and international cuisine, including venison and fish.
Most of the food is imported fresh, even from suppliers in France.
Our own wine cellar offers a wide selection of French wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Cotes du Rhone, Provence, Alsace, Loire valley as well as the best wines from Moravia, especially from the guru of the Moravia vineyards Mr. Miloš Michlovský. You can taste them in our stylish wine cellar. The offer of wines is complemented with a selection of various French and Czech cheese.

In summer we have a garden restaurant open with a garden house under the spreading ash trees and an outside grille, where we can prepare specialties in the open air.

The team of our chef Radim Pitrun is looking forward to your visit. You can book your seats in advance. We want you to come back... just like you come back home.
