Delightful meal with quick service compared to most of Cuba. We especially enjoyed the band Nuevo and beautiful songstress Lucimila Rodriguez del Rey.

Went to this restaurant by mistake as it was open and there was live music. Then came back 2 more times. Its hard to find good food in Cuba. sometimes the food isnt cooked well, the portions are small, the variety is limited and the hygiene may not be great. This restaurant is different in all this areas. The music... More

This became our local joint during our time in Trinidad. Food is excellent, reasonably priced and very generous portions. Cheese balls are amazing.

This was the only place that I stood in line for to get a table. We noticed that the queue for this place was really long on our first night in Trinidad and returned the next evening. By 7pm the queue had already started. The food was really good and worth the wait. I had a cheese burger with chips,... More

We were there before the lunch rush and could interact with the staff who were very warm and friendly. We talked a bit about the collection of slave items that were both interesting and disturbing. This is a popular spot for tours so it got busy really quickly, but the food and service were both good.

I had read good reviews online about this restaurant and so wanted to try it out. We ordered a few tapas style plates to share including sweetcorn fritters and plantain which were amazing. All the food was delicious and the service was quick. The only slightly bad point was that there were a lot of flies which were annoying! Overall... More

We went to La Botija as every blog and guide book says it is a must. We arrived early and had drinks and some tapas. Everything was a little expensive and a bit skimpy. The atmosphere was cutsy, the tables uncomfortable, but the servers were very nice and efficient. A music combo, drums, guitar, and a singer, spent 45 minutes... More

Had a lot of fun here while visiting Trinidad. There was a great band playing American rock as well as Cuban music. They did a wild rendition of November Rain by Guns N Roses that went into another awesome song. Really enjoyed it.

My boyfriend and I waited almost 2 hours in line to get a seat for dinner here, but after we tried the food we realized that the wait was worth it. Wonderful food and atmosphere with live music! Definitely order from the tapas menu, you will not be disappointed!!

Lovely food but very busy, people queueing for 30minutes plus, no reservations, but service good once seated and food worth the wait, music good too.
