Good pub grub, a decent selection of beers on tap when combined with a relaxed atmosphere and a genial bar staff = win.

If you need a place to gather with a small group of friends this is the place. Karaoke night is a big hit. A good bar with good bar food.

Great dive to stop and get a few cheap beers, watch a game, and catch up with friends without having to get dressed up. We got a few appetizers which weren't impressive, I wouldn't eat there again.

Went with a groups of buddies before a Nats game. The free shuttle was cool to the game. Laid back atmosphere, beers were $5-6 and had a special for $6 Jack n Cokes. The restroom had a broken toilet so the place kind of stunk and they have a wall by the door that is just unfinished drywall which is... More

This bar/pub is just down the street from the Marine Corps Barracks- Washington. It was in an utter state of disrepair. Seats and tables falling apart, bathroom doors don't close. The food was terrible, and appetizers came out at the same time as main courses. Neither bartender nor waiter were familiar with what was on tap, inadequate AC.

Cool, chill spot if you can catch it when there aren't a bunch of people crowding/standing around the bar, with a ton of open seating. That way you could just walk up and order a drink, not having to wait for someone to serve you. There's always a group of dudes in the back corner with a laptop? No idea... More

Love this place but then again I love dive bars. Great staff and amazing food. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because twice we went and the air conditioning was out and it sucked. Amazing prices - totally worth it. BBQ sliders are amazing.

We came here as a big group for a team dinner. We had to order in advance in order for them to accommodate us. Although it was nice they are willing to accommodate a large group their kitchen apparently was not staffed to deal with such a large order and so some people's food came out way before other people... After a long day of sightseeing we just wanted an easygoing place for some yummy food and this was the perfect place. Pizza roll, California burger and fishtacos all got high reviews from us. 8th street is filled with restaurants and it's a great neighbourhood.

The service here is awesome & the food is fantastic. The smell is pretty rough... and for someone like me, who watches alot of Bar Rescue & Restaurant Impossible, it makes me wonder if the place is being properly cleaned. Sit in the front if you can and don't expect a fancy bathroom... they're very small & definitely need an... More
