An hour before boarding and what to do? Husband liked his pulled pork taco and I enjoyed a cheese platter and small salad. We did not partake of the wine flights but other customer were keeping the lone server hopping. Husband enjoyed his IPA beer. Very pleasant stop and they have wifi.

If you are looking for a great place to eat & wine before boarding your plane Vino Volo is the best option. Its in B Gates section just getting out the electric ladders from the train. Great wines and the food is small but enough for a flight if you want to be a light in the plane. It's just... More

This chain/franchise seems to get bigger and bigger. First D.C. now San Antonio. Soon it will be all over the country. What a waste of lease space ! While this concept sounds ok - Spanish looking wine/bar with a large selection of wines and some nice appetizers..the execution is just a nuisance. The nuisance is part of the concept of... More

First time I have been here but it was perfect for a light bite before the overnight back to London. Didn't try wines but they seemed to be getting nice purrs from weary travellers on other tables. Food very well presented and service all the eagerness of a new place but not overdone. I had the salmon rolls not sure... More

This restaurant makes you feel like you're NOT in an airport. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and left you alone :-) With WIFI you can sit, sip wines from all over the world, have some great fancy snacks. Elegant and relaxed---and steps from your gate...

So, the red wines are nice as flights - the service is great and the appetizers, and food is good. In my view tapas and appetizers end up being very expensive - and profitable for the restaurant without being all that filing. It's a nice venue, and has a lo key buzz atmosphere.

During a layover at Dulles, we stopped in Vino Volo as my husband had been to one previously in another airport. What a nice surprise! Upscale atmosphere, outlets at each table for charging computers and phones and an enjoyable place to relax. We each enjoyed a flight of wine, they feature different flights weekly and several small plates, tapas style.... More

Terminal C at Dulles airport is a disaster for international travellers. One of the worst terminals in the world. This wine bar seems a nice escape. Some brain-dead travellers (due to long waiting in a terminal where it is impossible to do something useful, meaningful or enjoyable) might even enjoy it, like described in previous reports. I didn't. I wanted... More

Every time I change planes I hope to have a chance to relax at this nice wine bar. They have a great little food menu as well. The tables on the sides have electrical outlets so you can charge your phone or laptop.

We had a long layover at Dulles and it was made much more tolerable by being able to relax, eat and drink wine in Vino Volo. I had some great wine tastings and a mini Brie and proscuitto sandwhich with great olives. If you have to sit around an airport, this is the way to go.

Vino Volo is a chain that locates wonderful wine bars in airports. I visited the one at Dulles in DC. Dulles is not the cultural capital of the universe. Vino Volo was a wonderful oasis -- quiet, nice music, lovely and interesting wine, nice small plates of food. Totally civilized and wonderful in every way. This needs to be a major TripAdvisor FIND -- will make many traveler's lives much more pleasant.
