Took my husband here for his birthday. It was an outstanding experience. The food is great, interesting, tasty and beautifully prepared and served. They were very willing to accommodate some food preference issues. The staff are very competent and helpful without being "chummy". The atmosphere...More

Overall good, trying too hard to be fancy, the combinations are sometimes odd.. You have to pay at least 100 usd plus taxes and drinks per person. Only set menu with 3, or 4 plates plus dessert or tasting menu. Would like if you could...More

We recently stayed in DC and came across this restaurant. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the evening. We each ordered a steak, and while we were waiting the provided small samplings of food, such as breads, soups and small doughnuts. After the meal...More

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and I would recommend asking for a table in the back room. Everything is exquisite! The specialty drinks were amazing. The service was incredible. The food was beyond words. While a pricey dinner, it was worth every cent.

5 Star food, 5 Star ambience & 5 Star service! Mark, the staff who served us, was especially friendly & knowledgeable. My family of 6 enjoyed our dining experience tremendously.

Our waiter was the best I’ve ever had! Even though I didn’t care for my veal entree, this place is exceptional. I had never eaten veal, so it just wasn’t a taste to my liking, but my husband loved it. If for nothing else, go...More

The restaurant has a lovely ambience and the staff are knowledgeable. We found the food well prepared and tasty but not superlative as most other diners have experienced. We had one stand out dish - the lobster bisque. At this price point, I would expect...More

I went to Fiola for a business meal, which is always a bit tricky for me due to some severe food allergies. I should not have worried. I ordered the Branzino, and it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. For dessert,...More

Possibly the best restaurant in the city. Dined there with my wife during a weekend getaway weekend in DC. We did the 8 course menu with Grand Wine pairing and everything they brought was better than the last dish. Truly a foodie experience. Service was...More

I would say since this is a fish specialty restaurant, there should be plenty of dishes on the menu that do not have cheese in or on it and you can opt out of any pasta dishes. Very easy to do here PLUS they cater to you... More
