We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. Positives--- amazing cocktails. Lots of servers. Beautiful food that has been thoughtfully put together. Negatives ---- if you aren't ready to eat raw it can be overwhelming. This isn't a shabby chic sort of place. There are oil paintings on the walls and it is very formal.

We took our adult children here, prompted by a visit from the one who eats vegetarian. What a lovely evening! The cocktails were great, but the wine flight was THE BEST. Not every one of the dinner courses was to everyone's taste, but even the committed carnivore in the group enjoyed the meal. The service was great, and the dining... More

If you are looking for creative food that even meat lovers would enjoy, try this place which offers vegan raw organic artwork. The wine and cocktails are yummy too - the sochu pop was fruity and refreshing but not overly sweet. The Mount Veeder wine was excellent. Their home kale chips are addictive. The menu changes and currently the restaurant... More

I took my daughter, a vegan fan. We were nearly 45 min late due to very congested traffic and difficulty in finding the restaurant. Called to let them know we were having difficulties, and they were SO nice and kind. I felt terrible but management guided us to parking and held a table for us. They were extremely gracious hosts.... More

We couldn't wait to eat here after reading the menu and reviews. It was even more spectacular than we could have imagined! Every bite of food was so well thought out and beautifully plated. We would encourage everyone to add the wine pairing to their experience - it is well worth it!! The sommelier presented each wine and explained the... More

The Friday night pre fixe menu makes for a very special dining experience. Outstanding service, calming ambiance, and beautifully presented 7 course meal bursting with favors created a night to remember. Nice, but limited, wine list.

Elizabeth's Gone Raw is a great experience, one that you won't regret. From the initial opening of the door to the charming space on L street, you will know you are in for incredible service. Your first stop should be at the bar when the menu offers an array of cocktails that are seasonally inspired. The restaurant does not have... More

EVEN the bar had AMAZING COCKTAILS. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE, EDIBLE SURPRISE - you just won't believe it. Gourmet RAW food, true to my heart. IMAGINATION gone GOURMET. Exacting, artful and DELICIOUS, all at the same time. I can't help repeat myself. DO YOURSELF and someone you love a favor and go to this exceptional restaurant. VISUALLY it is a sight... More

I had the pleasure of dining here and it was one of the most unique dining experiences ever. I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I'm not afraid to experiment with food. What a great place to experiment. The cocktails were delicious too. Everything was beautifully put together, from the eye appeal to the mouth feel of everything it was... More

Our evening started with the best Old Fashioned I've ever had and went up from there. The service was impeccable. Each course was more interesting and creative than the last. All were delicious! My only observation is some dishes were overly complicated and tried to combine too many different tastes and textures.
