Walked in without a reservation, was immediately taken to a table and greeted by a waiter who helped us choose a good mix of dishes for lunch. We had the Spanish cheese and chorizo platters. The maitre d' thoughtfully gave us a couple of slices of the delicious iberico and serrano hams. The orange souffle dessert was unique. There are... More

I had the red snapper with squid ink rice. Nothing to write home about. I was also unimpressed by the service. The setting could use some touch up, but I wouldn't have noticed all this if not for the okay food and not great service.

This is an excellent restaurant. As a European you will appreciate the food, wine, and atmosphere. The staff is attentive and competent. The food is outstanding and for at change you don’t get massive servings. The restaurant has a taster menu – both food and wine – it’s a treat. Worth a visit!

We had a meal as a group here last night, in a private room. They serve great bread and the service was excellent throughout. My salmon tartare was great, also my entrecote/beef. Great private room for about 20 people!

The most outstanding aspect of the evening was the quality of the service rendered, which was extremely pleasant and helpful. The meal was very leisurely and served in a true southern Mediterranean fashion, which is unusual but very pleasant for a DC restaurant, where the pace is more hectic and fast paced. We are vegetarians, so the menu options were... More

It is very expensive and very far from having very good Spanish food, I was on vacation and was not formal dressed, they treated me disrespectfully because of my clothes or because I am Latin. I was seated at the end of the restaurant in a corner even though the place was empty, I recommend "Jaleos" instead of this one,... More

The food here is very authentic! We had an outstanding dinner and every bite of cuisine was excellent. There was a wide choice from tapas to desserts. It is in a great location with a choice of eating on the patio or a more formal setting inside. The staff was attentive and had great recommendations. We would highly recommend it!

If anyone does research you know before going it is expensive. So don't complain on your review after you go. I was there for happy hour only very small bar only. The bartender Renée made me feel very at home as well as the staff I met on the way in. But I will say this place is more for... More
