I love the quality meals served here, the ravioli and lasagna are a must, and the portions are small, but that leaves space for wonderful dessert and coffee!

If you are looking for authentic Italian, this is the place, having just returned from Italy, I knew I needed to go back and review La Perla, for it became our top standard for judging the restaurants of Venice, Florence and Cinque Terre! Their homemade fresh past is unbeatable. The service is attentive and helpful, and the Chef actually came... More

I've been here with friends a couple of times. Will say that the spaghetti and meatballs and the veal parmigiana were cooked to perfection. As was the calamari, so lite and not chewy at all. The calamari was the hit of the meal. Unfortunately, I strayed from my usual and had the Gnocchi. It was tough and very dry. The... More

Our part of three enjoyed our pasta entrees of lobster ravioli, a seafood lasagna and veal. The prices for the quality of food is reasonable except the appetizers are crazy expensive. My husband had smoked salmon which was definitely overpriced at $22 as the portion was not large enough for sharing. The Caesar salad and Minestrone soup were good normally... More

Great Italian restaurant. My wife needed to carbo load before the Marine Corps Marathon, and the choices and food were excellent. We will be back next year when she runs again.

Lovely, beautiful atmosphere, excellent food. Both my husband and I are vegetarians but the different salads and pastas we decided upon, were very well prepared, and served with old European elegance. Good wine selection, and the double espresso after dinner was the best we have had for a long time. We definitely shall go back now Washington DC is one... More

Due to a series of errors, we ended up here for dinner and it was a lucky result. I had gnocchi and my husband had the al presidente (parpadelle with seafood). Portions are very controlled. Very flavorful. We will be back for the homemade pasta which seems to be hard to find.
