I had the chilled noodles with beef which is the cream take of cold noodles. The slices of beef were a bit dry however, I did go there at the end of the day for dinner. The broth it's self was a bit bland for my taste and if anything the Korean take on their pickled cucumber was probably the... More

Great tea house with yummy food. I had the brisket tacos, they were flavorful better than I expected. Make sure you try the ginger limeade.

Cool place, great tea options, I highly recommend the Japanese green tea (cold drink). They also have salty oatcakes that are a mix of sweet and savory, and they are great. Only downside is the somewhat limited seating for the crowd size that is often there in the afternoon.

The food is delicious and the staff is very nice. Selecting from the variety of tea is a great addition to the meals. I try to go there at least once a week because of the taste and quality of the food and the friendly staff. It's also a very nice location.

We ate breakfast here a couple of times during our trip. Their chai is delicious, and the upstairs eating room is a quiet hideaway--good food and good feel to start the day.

Bustling counter well past lunch time. Friendly service with enticing scents floating from the kitchen. Between the three of us had Persian cucumbers, curry chicken, and tacos. All of felt we has done something good for our bodies and our appetites by eating with them.

I thought this was the best Asian restaurant I tried in Washington. It is a order at counter place. I had the udon noodle with vegetable soup. Best noodle soup I have had in a long time. The vegetables were fresh and were roasted perfectly. The burst of flavor I got from each bite... Perfect! The noodles and broth... Tasty!... More

We visited the Dupont Circle location. It's landscaped beautifully on the outside. The inside is rustic and very simple. You order at the counter and they call your name. You can sit downstairs at a counter looking out the window or go upstairs, which has more seating. We ate upstairs. My only complaint was they had the sound of a... More

Great options. Delicious yummy vegetable curry and beautiful plating. Also really nice the miso coconut soup. If I lived there I would go back a lot. Everyone enjoyed their food: tacos, udon noodles, chicken skewers.

Teaism is a local group of restaurants with three locations in DC. We're devoted to serving top quality loose leaf tea and healthy, cooked-from-scratch food. In a casual and funky setting, we are open through the day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. A refuge for regulars and tourists alike, the restaurant features bento boxes, curries, sandwiches and salads. We're going "clean" eliminating high-fructose corn syrup, trans fats, antibiotics and GMOs and adding as much local and organic as possible. Be sure to enjoy one of our world famous Salty Oat Cookies!
