Enjoyed the turkey sausage hash and an excellent latte. Hash was too salty for me lacked beets promised and they said no longer comes with beets but menu out of date. Discounted bill to compensate. Solid but wouldn't rush back.

We went in to grab a quick bite and we loved it! Coffee had a great taste and the Spanish omelette was delish! Would love to come back!

Stopped in every am to get pastries and coffee for family. Good but pricey pastries. Good coffee. Wish they had a different fruit parfet available, the one they have is mushy and kind of gross.

This place was recommended by our hotel and it's a nice place. We ordered the weekend brunch which included coffee, juice, main meal and pastries for $16. The people were also friendly there as well.

We stopped in on a Sunday morning en route to sightseeing and enjoyed the All Inclusive, which came with a basket of pastries, coffee, juice, and savories from which to choose (we had the "big breakfast," which was big indeed!). It was not "fancy" but the food was satisfying and the coffee was hot. Our server was helpful and friendly,... More

I enjoyed one of their breakfast specialties so much that I came back with my family the next day to try another one. I forgot the name, but it was a mixed of beets and vegetables topped by two poached eggs. It was a middle-east dish.

This is a neighbourhood cafe in the era of international chain food and drink standardization. Not everything is perfect. Not everything is exactly as you'd expect. Not everything is always available. But in a high-pressure, high-stress city, it's so nice to walk in and just relax in an old-school cafe with excellent tea and fresh food. This is a no... More

Brought my 2 year old with me for a quick snack. Not a huge selection for grab and go items. I got an almond croissant. I felt like you can't really go wrong with that. My son eagerly wanted a bite. He sunk his teeth into it and spit it out. I took a bite and it was very dry.... More

While staying in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood, Bread & Chocolate was one of our breakfast restaurants -- we couldn't have made a better choice! Delicious egg dishes complete with fresh bread basket, very good coffee, excellent atmosphere plus efficient, friendly service. The pastry case is filled with a wide variety of fresh pastries including the apparently popular chocolate croissant which... More
