You can easily walk past China Boy and not realize that it is an eatery place. It is conveniently located a block from the Metro Gallery Place stop. Hours are limited here, although they are open early from 8a.m. till about 4p.m.. There is only 1-2 tables for eating as China Boy is mainly a place where you purchase food... More

Tried the roasted pork foon, huge portion for 9.50, more than enough for two people. Noodles had a nice consistency and the pork was flavorful. Highly recommended

China Boy is a pretty solid spot for some authentic Chinese. It's almost comparable to the food you would get in NYC Chinatown. There aren't a lot of menu options but their specialty is chow fun/churng fun, and I can see why. It's super fresh and has that perfect chewy/bouncy consistency. Not to mention, they have this sweet garlic chili... More

We decided to try this after seeing other reviews. The owners are super friendly and the food was amazing. Freshly made and authentic. Very reasonably priced. Small menu but you won't be disappointed. There is limited seating and it doesn't look like it would be anything great but it really is!! We are happy we stopped here for lunch.

This is truly a hole in the wall place. Limited menu but very good food. More of a take-out place since they only have 2 tables - 1 small and one large enough for 6. Prices are very low.

I followed Google and tripadvisor recommendations and they were right - small , family owned yummy noodles - agree that it's a bit oily and needs some extra spice kick but great place to be a bit off the tourist map !

We are visiting town from Georgia and a friend recommended this place. Just like being in Hong Kong. Such delicious Roast Pork Chow Fun, the dumplings are incredibly tasty and juicy and the shrimp crepe was a hit especially with the young kids. Atmosphere not great it's just a hole in the wall so go get some takeaway from them... More

The foon noodle and the sauce is good. The shrimp is tasty. The beef is not a good cut - is tough and grisly. The soup is oily. When it's cold and rainy and you're hungry, the food keeps your belly warm.

This is a complete hole in a wall, but like any other family owned restaurant they have limited menu, but do everything on it well. We ordered several dishes and they all came out just cooked and hot. We asked for some chili oil, when she realized they were out of it, she made someone go out and buy it... More

We are visiting D.C. And wanted to find a good dim sum restaurant. When we read the wonderful reviews of China Boy we wanted to try it (thinking it was going to be like dim sum). China Boy is very small inside (one table for six, and one table for two). When we got there, we decided to try it,... More
