The restaurant has a high ceiling of sky-lights. It's quiet and relaxing inside. We had the tea lunch ($14) which was a good amount of food. Teas are separate and range from $6 to $20. The water is kept hot over a flame the whole time. They sell tea, pots, cups and other souvenirs. It was a lovely lunch.

I love this place - it reminds me of teahouses I visited in Shanghai. It is small and peaceful with AMAZING tea (both experience and taste) -- the menu is small but very special and fresh. The service is lovely.

Ching Ching Cha is the perfect place to relax and have an authentic tea experience. The ambience of the place is amazing and the food is fresh and delicious. There are only a couple tables which makes the whole experience intimate and nice.

Ching ching cha is by far one of my favorite places for tranquility, tea and food in DC. I have been going here for years and I highly recommend this place if you are in the Georgetown / Foggy Bottom area or if you're simply a huge tea fanatic. They also have a great selection of teas, tea sets and... More

What a wonderful dinner we had. The tea dinner is only $14 and it was more than I could eat. A massive selection of teas, and wonderful service!

This is a lovely little neighborhood gem. You can sit on the floor w/o your shoes, or sit at a table. The food and tea are delicious. This is a wonderful place to meet a friend.

A quaint little place in Georgetown with the option on sitting on the floor or sitting at a table. Tea and food served in the traditional Asian fashion. Loved it!

I've not tried their food options yet, but really enjoy their tea selection and relaxing atmosphere. For tea lovers, or anyone who wants to recharge for a bit, check out Ching Ching Cha.

We celebrated my son's birthday at Ching Ching Cha. It was fun to sit on the floor around the square table on cushions for our meal. (You will have to take your shoes off if you choose this option.) It was enjoyable to learn about the tea and experience the tea ceremony. Our server was absolutely delightful! The kale salad... More
