The food was excellent and the flavors were good. Prices are not bad at all and you get enough food to fill you. I enjoyed the pupusa very much and 2 was more than enough. The salsa and chips were very good as well. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was good and the waitress was very friendly.

Great meal, very reasonably priced. The chicken fajitas was tender and flavorful. The papusas are delicious, be careful not to over order. Even though they are only $2.50 each, they are big. At lunch it wasn't too crowded and service was great.

In town for a conference with the kids. The food was fantastic!! Sangria was tasty. Kids split the twin burrito and it was gone quickly.

Nice lunch enjoying Salvadorian food. We enjoyed the guacamole dip to start. The steak burrito was huge and delicious. The Guanaco combination with chicken tamales was an interesting way to sample several different types of food.

All three in my group enjoyed the food and drinks. This was the first time I had pupusas and they were delicious.

I took a group of 10 high school students here. It was amazing. Look, we all ordered different things and if you know teenagers you know that some can be picky. They were super accomodating and helpful, even to my pickiest eaters. The food was excellent - tamales, mole, steak, chicken, El Tradicional, burritos, salads, ... all of it was... More

Lovely place. Great food. I recommend this spot for a family reunion. In my case, because I am from Mexico, it feels like home-made food. I recommend the tortas de pollo 🍗 (they are not in the menu but they will make them for you if you ask!)

As an Arizonan living in DC until 2010, this was my favorite place to go to in the District to get Mexican food that reminded me of home. I recently returned while in town for a work trip and could not have been more disappointed. For starters, I was the only one sitting (expectantly) at the bar for at least... More

I had the pupusas and they were delicious. Very inexpensive restaurant for D.C. Was in DC for a work conference and saw this place one evening. They have an extensive menu of many central American and Mexican cuisine. I will come back next time I am in DC.

Delicious pupusas at a very affordable price! Fun atmosphere (nothing too fancy & very authentic). Wasn't crazy about the tamales. Service was great. Nice outdoor patio.
