The line looked long, but the bread smelled amazing, so I went for it. Really impressed by how quickly the line moved. Within ten minutes I had a delicious turkey pesto sandwich on fresh baked sourdough bread. Note: the crust takes a bit of effort to get through but it is SO worth it. My husband and daughter loooooved the... More

There’s no getting around it, a visit to the Disneyland Resort is a major investment; it now costs a family of four about $400 just for admission. The price of food at the Disneyland Resort is by and large outrageously high and the food itself is often disappointing. Relative to that standard, the prices at the Pacific Wharf Café, while... The soups served in the bread bowls are outstanding, they make the bread right next door and you can tour the little factory and get a sample . The clam chowder is probably the most famous one and is very good, hearty meal and reasonably priced. The broccoli cheese is very good as well and there is always a seasonal... More

We had salads in bread bowls which were very good. We were able to take them over to the terrace at Wine Country Trattoria and get wine to go with them. From here we were also able to view the Pixar Parade.

The cafe is near the Ghirardelli Ice Cream Shop so they both serve the standard fare they serve in San Francisco. The food is consistent. The brad bowls are big so definitely a carbo-load. You can also view the bakers prepping the dough, samples, them baking, and history. You can ask for the Mac and Cheese in a bread bowl... More

We ordered the sandwich, apple/walnut chicken salad in a bread bowl, and two mac n' cheese in a bread bowl. Everything was fresh and so good! We were able to sit outside along the water and have a quiet lunch at Disneyland! It filled our bellies and was so relaxing.

After a fun but long day at California Adventure, we decided to try the Pacific Wharf Cafe. Our experience started with an extremely helpful and friendly cast member who took our order. We both ordered clam chowder and really enjoyed the creaminess of the soup and the flavorful and challenging sour dough bread bowl. I say 'challenging' because this is... More
