This was the second time we visited the restaurant. We were surprised for improvement since 2012. Not only the quality of food, but the service also experienced a remarkable improvement. We strongly recommend for dim sum lovers. The price was not the cheapest one, but still worthed a visit.

I have been to the Capital Seafood restaurant at the Spectrum, Irvine and the one at Diamond Jamboree also in Irvine. This restaurant in Arcadia is the only one of the three that had Peking Duck of the quality I remember in San Francisco and Asia. The skin was very crispy and the duck meat was boned except for the... More

I have eaten here twice but will try a different Chinese restaurant next time. The spring rolls were hot and crispy. Very good. But they brought them out with my entree? My entree was szechuan shrimp which had some peppers and a good amount of broccoli.not a lot of sauce to mix it with the rice. The flavor was good.... More

Always consistently good dimsum, fresh ingredients and made to order, Hong Kong style menu instead of carts. Yummy!

Went with a bunch of food and wine friends. We shared about 10 different courses. A couple of courses were decent (lobster dish and one meat course), the rest just average, and all were served in such rapid succession we had no time at all between courses. Service was mostly brusque. Too many other very good Chinese seafood restaurants to... More

I have eaten at several Capital Seafood restaurants and I enjoy how they have some variety on their menu between locations. This location does not have the dim sum carts that other locations do, but the food came out quickly and the service was great. The food choices were definitely a bit more ethnic which was enjoyable, but the preparation... More

When I went in the place looked a large banquet room with bright lights. We were met by a really friendly guy in a suit & tie. It was sort of intimidating to be seated at a table for 6, but what the heck, we had more room to move around. LOL, They gave us a menu and sheet to... More

Hesitated to go in the restaurant because of the very bright lights and one large dining room. However, we were hungry after travelling all day. Don't understand the need for lighting that made you feel as if you were waiting for a police line-up! The food, however, was very good and reasonably priced for California. Might go there again for... More

We had dinner here, because we saw the restaurant from the street, and it looked good. We dressed up and went there for dinner. We ordered 4 dishes for the 2 of us to share. After finishing 3 courses ( about an hour) our fourth course still hadn't arrived, so I flagged a fellow in shirt and tie, that looked... More

I have been coming to this restaurant for several years after years of going to its namesake in Monterey Park. Food quality is yummy. Unlike in Monterey Park where they serve dim sum more traditionally in carts, here you order your food off a menu filled with pics of the food. This is great for non Chinese speaking patrons because... More
