I visited this place four times whilst I was staying in LA; ordered the thali every time and it was very nice. Food was surprisingly very tasty and to the correct spice. I'm from the UK and visit the States around three to four times a year. I have found you have to do a lot more searching to find... More

Had a variety of foods from the menu including well known Indian classics like pav bhaji as well as lesser known deal dhokli. Food was terrific, great spice valance, and good price. Ambience is very casual.

My husband had the pani puri - both the sauces were mouthwatering good. He also had the samosas which were served hot. I had their thali - the puris were wonderfully puffed up and the mung dal and the undhiyu were very tasty. The cucumber raitha was good, just wish I had a bit more of it.

Chaat was very good , we tried kachori, dabeli. Dhokla was good, Gujarati thali was average. Tea was excellent. Owner does not allow you to order around 8.30pm as this is the closing time. So we came two days later for breakfast and glad that we came. It was worth it.

We do have our favorites of Panipuri and Bhelpuri. Their Thalis are sumptuous and scrumptious. One of the best vegetarian restaurants around. After lunch, usually take home a plate of samosas, a packet of chevda and some yummy sweets. One of our favorite eateries. Basic, no table cloths or fancy cutlery - but who cares about that when the food... More

This place rocks! The chaat is out of the world. The thalis are sumptuous. Kathiawadi thalis were good and the Gujarati even better. Authentic in every way

Pros : I like this restaurant for a a quick Indian Bite. They have good assortments of Chaats and good Thali Options. Dahi Sev Puri is my favorite. Cons : The owner (he wears glasses) is always angry and I have never seen him converse in a polite or gentle manner with his customers. He is very unfriendly and any... More
