We have loved this place for years. I had the onion soup, my wife had the split pea and we split a sandwich. Fresh bread, superb soup and cozy atmosphere. You will know why the cops all eat here.

A locals staple. Quick breakfast or lunch. Close to the slopes or shopping. Good coffee and baked goods and always a breakfast burrito!

I eat breakfast at Jour De Fete on most every day that I am in town. Service is quick and food is delicious. Especially baked goods!

The breakfast croissant sandwiches were amazing! The croissants were fresh out of the oven and the eggs/bacon/sausage were fresh as well...very yummy!

This place was just across for our hotel, so we ended up hopping over for breakfast and lunch during our stay. Everything was tasty and freshly prepared - also pretty quick! Sandwiches were much better than the deli next door, especially when on french baguette. Only negative is that their choice of GF bread was so-so. A little pricy for... More

We had some spare time before our paragliding session, so one of the instructors recommended Jour de Fete for breakfast. We were not disappointed. It's a counter serve place. You pick your food from a selection scrawled on a board out back. Sandwiches, bagels, the like. There's also a selection of baked from scratch goodies like croissants and macarons. Food... More

Breakfast was inconsistent. First charged $6 for a less than 2x3 inch piece of Apple tart. Changed to $3 after inquiry. Food was OK but not great. Will try other places before coming back. Did have lots of locals

With the breakfast rush on, this is a tough place to figure out if you are a first timer...can't get to menu till time to order...too much hubbub, but can sit in or out, but have to get up to get your food when ready. San Miguel omelette was an interesting twist of ingredients with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, onions and... More

The tantalizing fragrance of bacon pulled me in for a breakfast that was great prep an early morning hike. Reasonable prices, good quality, happy employees.

I was a bit shocked to be paying $16 for a sandwich, but baring the price it was really good. This cafe/deli is just on the perimeter of the main village at the base of Aspen Mountain. Nice little place to have a quick bite. Service was good.
