Had a nice meal. Service was outstanding. Food is very pricey. Hubby ordered daily risotto. We failed to ask the cost and got the meal. It was $48! It was good but not $48 good!

I had the steak frites and my wife had the seafood stew. Both were marvelous. Lots of great seafood in the stew, very tasty. My steak was cooked perfectly. Service was lovely. Overall, a very pleasant experience. A bit pricy, but that is Aspen.

Intimate setting with a great menu including pasta, fish, steak and chicken. Enjoyed a wonderful red snapper dish and glass of wine. Friendly service.

Only in Aspen overnight, while strolling the town on a Sunday night, found Wild Fig. We sat at the bar, wine was delicious, service friendly and welcoming but most of all the food was very good. The entire dinner from wine to dessert was exceptionally...More

Though this may have been our favorite Aspen restaurant, we noticed that the noise level continued to rise as the evening progressed. We were seated between the indoor and the outdoor seating areas, so we got sound from both places. I ordered the fig salad...More

We dined at this restaurant after attending the Food and Wine Classic. The restaurant, which has both indoor and outdoor dining, is very small with a retro motif interior. We chose to eat indoors. The first thing I noticed was that it was extremely loud....More

It is always odd to me to purchase seafood at an Aspen restaurant, but the Fish in a Bag (and the daily fish special) at Wild Fig is so good that it shouldn't be missed. They include vegetables, fish and spices in a bag and...More

I don't knock a restaurant for a single service issue, but with several miscues here, I find this highly rated restaurant very disappointing. First issue, a server spilled the wine when pouring and simply responded with "whoops." Expecting her to return to clean off the...More

Located off a side street in Aspen, Colorado, this is one of our favorite restaurants in town. Very cozy atmosphere. Great food and wonderful service. Wild fig salad and "fish in the bag" are a must. I agree with other reviews, definitely make a reservation...More

I would purchase a Pre-Paid Credit Card and send it to them. Placing money on a PrePaid Card gives you some security too. As you can put a four digit PIN on the card so no one can use it without knowing the PIN.
