OMG! I had the best quinoa burger in Aspen, it is so tasty and the mayo is really good. Do not hesitate to order this one!
The building and the bar are cool but the cocktails are average, overpriced and served with snobby attitude...even for Aspen.

Great location, great food and great service. Hotel is the oldest in Aspen, very charming inside and supposedly the best bar around. But, we only ate lunch here and will do it again before we leave, as it was that good. You must stop by for lunch!!!!!
What a quaint bar - with amazing talent behind it! My husband went with a straight whiskey recommendation, and I had the Killer Kiley and we both had great conversations with the gentlemen behind the bar. Great local place!
Honestly, Justice rests on the laurels of the early pioneers of this art, and does a bad job at it. Employees Only, PDT, Milk and Honey etc. All the old places eat this places dinner. We were in town for a business meeting, but the spouses were on a tasting tour. Justice Snow's was one of our stops -- and it was fabulous -- even the second time around.
