One of our favorite restaurants in Aspen. Service and food is excellent. Squash soup with crab, squash and pear salad with goat cheese, butterscotch pudding dessert outstanding, all served by super wait staff, John from Boston. Can sit next to kitchen to see food prepared or at a table for more private dining.

If I'm going to pay $200 for a meal for two, it better be amazing. This was not the case with Chef's Club. It started out on a good note with the melted cheese appetizer. It was heavenly. But the entrees were awful. I had fried chicken, which was covered in hot sauce. The chicken was dry and was nothing... More

This restaurant can be summed up in one word: LIARS! I told them of my food allergy. I told the host, the waiter, the bus boy, the chef. But...they did it anyway. I got sick but at least I had the privilege of paying a ton of money for that illness.

There's really nothing bad I can say about eating here. The servers are wonderful and the food is amazing. You can either sit at a table or in front of the open kitchen. We chose to sit in front of the kitchen and watch. It was so much fun. The Chef obviously heard our comments from time to time and... More

We visited twice over the Xmas Holiday. Both the food and service were outstanding. Master Sommelier Jonathan Pullis is one of the best in the business. He consistently recommends wines that exceed my expectations. One of the best restaurant's in Aspen. It is a must visit.

Oh man. I am actually writing this review while we are still in the restaurant. That shows how impressed we are. The staff is everywhere trying to take care of us. It is not like you have one waiter and have to grab their attention. The whole staff is dedicated to making sure your experience is amazing. I cannot be... More

From the rotating menu by guest Chefs, to the fantastic service, this restaurant is worth the trip. It is expensive, but, you get what you pay for. I went with a group of 6 and we shared appetizers and main courses. Everything was excellent. The execution was on point and everything was exceptional.

We had dinner here around 8pm. The staff were very friendly and there is an option to sit at a counter where you can see the kitchen, the kitchen is open to the restaurant. For a romantic dinner I found the lighting to be a bit bright, but that was not a big deal. They were out of about 4... More

We were here on a business meeting, and had the whole place to ourselves. First off, it was a cool evening, and the fire pit in the outdoor area was not working! They knew this though, and had those tall outdoor heaters set up around the patio. BUT... they couldn't get those to work either!! So as the sun went... More

I had the halibut and my husband had 48-hour cooked short ribs and we shared the side of carrots and a dessert. The food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent.
