A great lunch spot with a nice, unexpected menu. The sandwiches are fantastic with excellent service for being a "no frills" place. Great atmosphere. The pastries look AMAZING and the French know what they're doing here!!!

I was looking for a place to sit for a few hours and do some work. The coffee shops in Aspen are so cramped and busy, and this one (right across from the airport) was a perfect spot to park for a few hours for breakfast. This is a great place to sit and stay or to pop in for... More

It's an easy to miss small bakery tucked away close to office buildings. It's small inside. The lady is french and quick to serve up pastries. You can pack your own to go. Croissants are very flaky. Quiche is light and fluffy.

First, this is a real French Bakery. The pastry is as good as any in Paris. For your own good, I will not tell you about the eclairs. Better that you don't know. I prefer the vanilla, but that's just me. The bread, the sandwiches, and Oh, the coffee are the best. This wonderful place is not conveniently located. It's... More

I've been here many many times and enjoy everything I get. Not only do they make lots of the items themselves they also import products. The owners are normally extremely busy but they are so nice and welcoming. There is normally a special of the day and one of my favorites is Le Parisian. It's a baguette with butter, French... More

The wonderful smell of freshly baked chocolate croissants drifting out the door early in the morning is so enticing and the melt in your mouth flavour meets all expectations! The pastries are fabulous, the salads and sandwiches are also delicious. Marilyn and Frank work hard to keep their customers coming back! Frank Thirion is definitely a place not to be... More

So dedicated to quality his father joined him from France before the holidays to help him by adding an additional lifetime of experience as a French baker. You can tell as soon as you pick up a croissant and smell it that your in for a treat. Concern about my waistline is my only limiting factor. If you're worried about... More
