Had lunch at the Red Onion. The service was good and everyone liked their meals. We had a new born in a stroller and the staff moved tables to permit us to have the stroller at the table.

So I'm thinking, ok, let's make a special day trip for that.......we got there about one-ish, to find out the chili and cheese grits aren't served till 4:30 for dinner...... so looking over the menu, I decided to have... We enjoyed our anniversary lunch at the Red Onion. There are luncheon specials and the tuna melt was excellent. The buffalo burger was also very good and flavorful. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great fun with the super music. House red wine was about $3, and Coors about the same. I think a pitcher was $10. We also sampled the sliders, Angus sliders or Pulled Pork. My wife favored the pulled pork (piled on), and I favored the Angus beef sliders. It was a fun atmosphere. We will keep going back, especially Saturdays.... More
