Long time area resturant, rea Mexican fare. My wife and eat here often. If you like Mexican food you will like this place. Simple surroundings. Good value for the money. Last visit I had the Carnitas plate, it was very good not too hot but spices enough to be good. My wife had the chicken enchiladas. We will be back.

Owners very nice & provide excellent service. Very clean -- floors, windows, walls, tables & condiment on tables all sparkle. No liquor license so don't expect a margarita because they are wine based and don't taste like tequila margaritas. Good variety of bottle beer served with a frosty glass. Never disappointed here.

I've been here multiple times and tried many dishes... I'm never disappointed or hungry when I leave. It's a must try if you're in the area.

We had dinner here with some friends while visiting in Arcadia. El Parita is a little shack right on State Road 70... the main thoroughfare through Arcadia. The chips and salsa were warm and spicy (but not too spicy) and the service was friendly and propmt. The menu provided a nice variety of choices and everyone enjoyed their food. The... More

We stopped in for lunch while in Arcadia for shopping. Service was friendly and the menu offerings were extensive. Everyone was happy with their meal. Not my favorite Mexican restaurant, but the food was fresh and well-prepared.

Stopped in for lunch. On the outside, the place looks like a 'whole in the wall'. Inside is clean and the staff are friendly. Their menu is extensive and the food is excellent authentic Mexican! I will absolutely be coming back!

Stopped on Sunday at 2:PM, place was empty. There were 7 of us. The waitress came and gave us menus, that was the last time she was nice. It took 10 minutes to get 2 beers and 1 ice tea. We ran out of chips and she would not refill. I asked for water, she took 15 minutes to get... More

5 Stars for the food...EXCEPT the salsa which is clearly uninspired cheap tomato sauce from a can (you can taste the can flavor) with like 2 specks of cilantro floating around. It's an insult to salsas everywhere! I don't know what they do with the chips, some are fresh, others are stale and others seem overcooked and dark brown. Maybe... More

We were told to go to Arcadia for great Mexican food. There are several Mexican restaurants to choose from so we were closest to El Pirata so we went there. This was a mistake as the food was mediocre and I needed to send back my Margarita back as undrinkable. Place was seedy looking inside.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Nice friendly help. The food is out of this world good, no matter if it's chicken, beef, pork or seafood.
