Che Pancho is an authentic argentinian restaurant in Utila. They don't have a lot dishes to choose from, but that's not a bad thing. What they serve is delicious, well prepared and plentiful. They opened in 2007 and I've been coming back ever since.

I had their schnitzel served with REAL(!!!) mashed potatoes. HUGEEEE! and very reasonably priced (I think around 150-180L- sorry I forget). The meal definitely hit the spot and was very delicious. Very nice staff. Hiighly recommend.
