2 reviews 1.0 star rating 2/26/2017 When we walked in my husband said "this looks like a good greasy spoon breakfast place". It didn't even live up to the standard of a bad greasy spoon. The waitress was too busy talking to the grouch lady in the kitchen to take our order and was offended when i walked to the... More

We try to have breakfast here at least ones during each trip. A very generous meal and very good. Very good service.

There are not many options for breakfast on the north part of the island but we didn't want to pay for breakfast at St. Regis so we tried Wake Up Cafe. Cinnamon roll was decent but the Breakfast Quesadilla was pitiful. It was an overcooked omelet just wrapped up in a tortilla with some sour cream on it. I wouldn't... More

Maybe the pancakes or French Toast would have been a better choice. Was there weekday at about mid morning and I was the only customer. Ordered eggs over medium ...got hard eggs ! Wouldn't try this place again.

Had an enjoyable breakfast outside on the porch. The service was very timely & friendly. We both enjoyed our breakfast. It was the start of a fun day in the Hanalei / Princeville area. Would recommend.

Went here for breakfast. Wife ordered overpriced Yoplait strawberry yogurt (according to the waitress) papaya granola bowl. She said it was okay, but not worth $10. I had eggs, hash browns, and Portuguese sausage. I asked for the eggs over medium, they arrived with cracked yolks fully cooked through. I received 3 silver dollar size slices of sausage. $15 for... One thing to remember is that this place only takes cash. Just plan ahead. I got the regular breakfast. It was ok. The hashbrowns were not really hot. Everything tasted fine. There is a picture of their menu on trip advisor that must have been posted by another reviewer. The menu is the same but the prices are more expensive.

We were driving to the most northwestern point of Kaua'i accessible by road and wanted to try this restaurant out, based on some reviews that we had read online. So it was a little tricky for us to determine where the actual entrance to the restaurant was, but once we found it, it seemed to be OK, just kind of... More
