Beautiful view and food to match. Service was quick and the wine list was extensive with Moroccan and French wines. Crime brûlée for dessert was perfect! The terrace was very nice and not too windy.

This was our favorite restaurant and meal in all of Morocco during our two week trip. We were so sorry that we decided at the last minute not to stay in the Faraj Palais Hotel as originally planned, opting to stay inside the Medina. Our Riad made dinner reservations and arranged for a taxi - trip cost 15 dhs only... More

We had dinner here after reading the positif reviews on Tripadvisor,we were very disapointed. The food was very poor and not fresh in compared to another places in Fez,the chicken tagine was dry and the pastila was with no flavor. The service was poor and the staff unfriendly. It was also the price very expensive.

The restaurant his a shuttle service which brings guests to the property. I came to learn that this is normal in Fez and one should always request it. The food was very good. My wife and I shared the carpaccio which was excellent and a good split. Then we split the salads---also excellent. We had a nice bottle Moroccan Gri---essentially... More

I have been traveling quite extensively and have been eating in top restaurants - this was the highlight of my 2 weeks vacation in Morocco - probably the best restaurant in Morocco I would give it 6 stars if that was an option. certainly 10 out of 10. Don'y miss their amazing restaurant - the best one in Morocco.

Excellent food and exceptional service. The staff of the restaurant was exceptionally kind and even arranged for us to be taken back to our hotel after dinner which helped a lot with our 2 small daughters. We were happy the restaurant offered some international dining options as we were getting a bit tired of Moroccan food. Food was delicious, atmosphere... More

If I wished to find fault with a restaurant, then I would be out of luck in the case of L'Amandier at the Palais Faraj in Fes. Well, I might point out that the (stylish?) chairs were like a vice because of the semicircular wraparound arms, which made one feel pinned in place rather than supported. And I suppose they... We went there based on fellow reviews.Disapointed to say the least! We had high expectations of the food, having read all thereviews. So we just waited and were seated eventually.Iordered the pastilla and my partner the couscous...the pastilla was overcooked in some places, the chiken was so dry.We were very disappointed .would not go back.
