Very trendy place where people go to see and be seen. It has the best steak in town and everything else we tried on the menu was delicious. In summer, it has a nice outdoor area while the inner part of the restaurant is brilliant for winter times. It is very popular so a booking is a must.

It is a very up market venue. very nicely done. take a large wallet!! a lot of seating is outside, but the weather is usually good. it is a busy venue so you may get turned away if you arrive mid-evening

A group of us dined at La Closerie and I really enjoyed every aspect of the meal - from the drink selection to the fresh breads to the entrees served. The atmosphere is modern and relaxing. The prices trend higher but I felt the experience was worth it.

Our friends always praise La Closerie. Indeed, it is a good restaurant on Tunis stadards, though I found the food very pleasant, but not really exceptional. Given the European prices, I was really close to give an average rating. However, they have a lot of staff at your service and you'll be normally served pretty quickly - this upgrades the... More

This is the most popular (and en vogue) restaurant in Tunis now. It serves a French-Italian-Tunisian cuisine. La Closerie's food is delicious, and it's excellent for people watching (particularly of the Tunisian jet-set). You can find some information about it in French on the Tunisian restaurant website resto-tunisie: http://www.resto-tunisie.com/restaurant-la-closerie-,tunisie,484.html
