This was an option during our stay at Victoria Falls Safari lodge. It's basically a buffet with "traditional" entertainment with that entertainment inviting participation. It's not for everyone (and I wouldn't recommend for food alone) but if you're prepared to get involved, especially as part of a crowd, it's good fun!

Visited this dinner show & we were treated to a night of entertainment, fine food & drumming lessons...Ringo eat your heart out! Transport picked us up from our hotel & we were greeted at the Bomo with a sarong to wear over our clothes. There was an abundance of food to select from with soup as a starter, followed by... More

I recently attended this dinner show of African music and dancing. Upon entry you are robed in a colourful wrap tied at the shoulder and directed through a boutique, past some entertainers into the main circular building. A large buffet of different stations is very attractively laid out and the central area is a clear floor space for the entertainers.... More

The food was really good. The choice of meat included Eland meat ball, wart hog (my favorite), crocodile. Buffet style.

The atmosphere and food are excellent. There is a remarkable variety of African game. The salads are well done. The problem is the entertainment. Too much drumming. It has the flavor of a cheap cruise ship Congo line. We left mid way

This dinner offers very tasty, exotic dinner items - impala, crocodile, and warthog in an extensive buffet setting. You can certainly find a meal you will enjoy. The drum show was both exciting and energetic - we particularly enjoyed the audience participation where every diner had a drum.

I felt the dinner was a little hokey but was interesting. It is a large space with lots of people. Has the opportunity to taste some different foods such as Warthog Steak, which was tasty, but all-in-all I was not overly impressed.

This is a well conceived dinner idea that is a welcome and fun evening when in Victoria Falls. It's catered to tourists - with traditional dance shows, vendors and fortune tellers - and there's nothing wrong with that. The food is OK. Served buffet-style, you get choices of some bbq'd meats (my faves), salad assortment, soup and desserts. There's even... More
