If you don't want to compare it with tender and juicy Japanese or Australian Wagyu, it can be a good place. Steaks are not that chewy. Price is okay. But they don't seem to serve 200 grams for 1 person as their menu says. I enjoyed my lunch, but don't feel like visiting again.

Nestled in a pucca Nepali neighbourhood, this fantastic Restaraunt with very tasty food is a place you can easily miss. Ask around and a taxi should take you there from Thamel for Nepali Rupees 250/-

Just got back from a 13 day Everest Base Camp trek and couldn't wait to eat some meat after being a vegetarian for the duration. Read about this place here on TripAdvisor and we are so glad we went. I had the trekkers steak meal which consisted of 3 fillet steaks, fries and veg and the rest of the family... More

After a few weeks trekking on dal bhat and noodles, a very good steak and fries becomes a fantastic steak and fries. Location is just a bit out of Thamel, but a search within Google Maps guided us to exactly the right place... About a 15 minute walk. The new location is actually in what I thought was a neighborhood... More

Last visited 11 years ago when the restaurant was located at the main Thamel Street. Understand from the staff the new location was post 2015 quake. Steaks are to die for and portions are as usual - generous. Had a fillet mignon in brown sauce which cost me Rs750 and worth every cent. The joint would have been harder to... More

Craving for a good piece of meat, we found this place by searching TripAdvisor, of course. We just took a cab, who dropped us of 2 streets from the restaurant, because he didn't want to take the unpaved roads. Arriving at night, the neighbourhood looked like you wouldn't be walking alone there... We easily found the restaurant that was will... More
