With a prominent position right across Mandala St. in Thamel, this bakery is among the most popular destinations for tourists. And for good reason. Its breads and pastries are outstanding, both in taste and value. You can "take out" or dine in (especially if you want to linger over coffee). They also offer fresh fruit. The workers are customer friendly... More

Stumbled across this place and it looked nice from the outside so I went in. There's a selection of pastries for you to help yourself and then a range of other bakery items that you can order at the counter and they will bring it over when it's ready. I had a a Danish pastry and a lemon, ginger and... More

Came in for breakfast as it looks cosy and their pastries had been calling out to me all the previous days of our buddy trip. I just wanted a cup of tea + a cheese croissant (they were out on display) and my friend got a full breakfast. Our beverages took a while to arrive but it was lovely out... More

Don't even think twice, this is a perfect breakfast spot in thamel: freshly baked breads and pastries (international standards), lovely sunny patio and nice staff. I liked so much, I had breakfast there 4 days in a row!

Me and my partner came here and ordered a ham and cheese toasted baguette and a chicken caesar salad. When the food came, the baguette wasn't toasted properly and the salad came out with 4 small thin slices of chicken, lettuce, a few pieces of cheese and no caesar dressing. I was given a pot of oil and when I... More

Went here almost everyday when in Kathmandu. Good coffee, which is hard to find in Kathmandu, and good breakfast and lunch. Its a little on the expensive side though.

I visited this place for breakfast shortly after arriving in Thamel. I had a latte and banana pancake. Coffee was good but the banana pancake was lacking for want of a banana. On my other visits I stuck to the pastries which was great and popular with most other customers. The place is new and has a garden area at... More
