Place is not east to find. Once found, place and food was a dissappointment. Hygiene is poor and food lacks taste and flavour. Would not go ahain and neither will i recommend to anyone.Srrvice was also poor. Place keeps lizards and monkeys (caged) as attraction and one of the monitor lizard had escaped in the vicinity. Nightmare.

If you get tired with standard in Bangkok and you look for something different in Bangkok this may be the place. Off the main river, straight on the water, Chinese Very simple food, plenty of it at decent prices, compared with downtown high priced hotel restaurants. Location on a terrace on the river makes it also different

I have visited this place many times over the years. Have never been let down. The seafood is very fresh, supplied daily from MahaChai. And is well cooked/prepared. The prices are affordable and the staff is pretty good. It is situated at the end of a quiet soi and by the river (Mae Naam Chao Praya) side. Sports pleasant views... More

Went with a group of 20+. The Seafood was fresh and was priced quite reasonably. Had quite large prawns, fried squid, baked fish , spicy tom yam soup. The view of the river and wooden planks gave nice ambience. The serve varieties of juice and cocktails. The sticky rice mango was one of the best tried..

V fresh seafood. The curry sauce crabs is a killer. So was traditional style steam fish - the sauce was well balanced in sourness salty and spicy. The challenge is to get transport to this nice river view restaurant and back to city.

The setting is lovely, wooden planked floors, fresh cool breeze right off the Chao Phraya, twinkling lights of the bank opposite and the noise of sparse river traffic( very few in the evening) Food is good , without being great, as there are joints galore selling Thai seafood and many are good. Price is not cheap, though not over the top... More

Some places should be kept secret. This is one of them. It is very good. The staff are friendly, the food delicious. Good for couples and/or larger groups. It is off the beaten track - so don't be surprised if the taxi driver doesn't always find it first time round

Rama 3 is not a favourite tourist spot attractions and most restaurants are catered for locals near by. Although this restaurant is adjacent to the Montien Riverside Hotel, you can hardly find a tourist here. However, this restaurant well worth five stars at this district. This restaurant is never crowded and therefore service is efficient. Fresh fish(not chilled fresh as... More

Wonderful venue for a BKK foodie experience! Located by the Chao Phraya river, you get to dine al fresco with a view of the city. Seafood is delish, fresh and nicely prepared. We had seafood pudding steamed in leaf cups, Thai style shrimp cerviche, crispy fish with sweet & spicy sauce, crab with Thai style curry egg sauce, crab fried... More
