This is a lovely quiet and peaceful restaurant with an extensive menu to suit all tastes. They serve beer and wine, just ask for the wine menu, beer is on the food menu. They don't speak much English but this is a Thai restaurant with a Thai clientele and they cater mostly for them. If you want a very good... More

Our family from UK was visiting and chose to take them for lunch to this Taling Pling outlet. As usual the food was very good and very consistent with same dishes at other outlets. There was a piece of stone in my Pad Thai brought it up to the waitress who just took it without any apology! The service is... More

This beautiful restaurant, set in a street of beautifully restored buildings, offers such delicious Thai food. Chicken wrapped in pandanus leaves, fish fried with sesame seeds, 4 hour cooked eggs - all delicately cooked and beautifully served. No wines or spirits available, only beer, so I had a delicious fruit smoothie. This is fine dining at a sensible price. I've... More

Don't get me wrong, the food here was good, especially the beef dish I had, but you can get the same food from street vendors that's just as good for a 1/4 of the price.

Terrible food. The chicken was raw and old. We complaind as could not eat but at the end they charged us for it. At the end, all we could eat was morning glory and brown rice. We will never go there again.

Great reviews but many dishes sold out. We had to go for 2nd or even 3rd priority from the massive menucard of 100 dishes.... The Food was partly uneatable... We left the food and went for another restaurant ...

I came here with my family of 5 for dinner. We order out drinks and a pitcher of water for all and food at the same time. We had ordered 2 Pad Thai, tom yum, spaghetti carbonara, red curry, and a chicken pandanus with peanut sauce. The drinks were decent, but they didn't bring them all together, our water ended... This is the place that Two (2) families met each others. The restaurant offered Thai signature food. It is very delicious and fantastic taste.

Arrived at dinner time and the restaurant doesn't seem to be very busy. The food came up pretty fast and the taste was descent. The service was hidden mix. I have one waiter pretty good, the other one came with bill and kept giving me wrong idea of how I should pay for it. Very confusing. After all, it's a... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
