Had to leave a large tip, if for no other reason than that the staff did everything in their power to make this a disappointing experience. Food is way overpriced and the place is literally devoid of atmosphere. You can get the exact same culinary experience for a quarter of the price anywhere else in Bangkok, without the sensation of... Walked into this huge restaurant with every kind of seafood imaginable in ice along the border of the restaurant. The trick is you pick out what you want take it to the cashier and pay for it. Then they take it to be cooked. We were 6 of us, the items we selected came to just over 10,000 Baht (about... More

That's their motto and it's pretty much true. A wide array of seafood. You walk up to the counter with the fish on ice, pick out what you want. It is weighed and priced (the prices/kg are posted at the fish, but the totals are rung up at the register). There is also a preparation fee, whether you want it... More

Went there tonight and the shrimp, prawn and squid are very fresh, but the clams we ordered, half of them are not open, guess it was not very fresh, but fortunately, didn't get stomachache. They charge the cooking, so the overall price was pretty high for Thailand. But it was nice to indulge yourself once in a while.

Friends decided to go here and they are very expensive. You pay for food and prep separately and of course drinks. The good news is that the food was very fresh and very good but worth the price? I would say go someplace else or try it once for the experience then move on.

What a pleasant surprise, the fact that people took me here. Although the area is a bit suspicious, you'll forget it once you are in the restaurant. It's a show as well as good food, all the things the chef shows and prepares in front of you. Entertaining, fresh, different and lean. It may be that I see it too... More

Ya thats right..."If it swims we have it". looks big and tempting. Someone recommended you this place for a seafood or a Taxi man got you here....,think again twice...for many this is probably the most disappointing experience compared to any other places in the city. As I said never asked..just make your way through before deciding to have seafood in... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
