Big group of us, numbering 14, celebrating birthdays. Nice anbience next to a lotus pond. There's a la carte and set menus. Since there are so many of us, we opted for the set menu Portions are small and delicate - salad, soup, mains, dessert. So not great value for money. The sets are 1500 or 1800 baht. There was... Visit this Thai restaurant and not what you can expect. Place very normal but high price. Foods are ok, nothing special. Not even high class as in a 5 star resort. Will not visit again.

This restaurant is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sathorn Road and is located in a separate glass pavilion off the main building, the Sukhotai Hotel. The setting can be described as classic. It features live entertainment in form of inconspicuous traditional Thai dancers. I shared a business dinner with a visitor from Eastern Europe and it was... Had both dinner and lunch with colleagues during a big conference in the Sukhothai Hotel. The restaurant is beautiful, excellent service. The food also very good, I like the grilled pork neck, dry curry, fish cake and morning glory. Green curry was a bit too spicy for my taste but it's still nice. Thai traditional Dancing performance during dinner time!... More

When in Bangkok, we normally aren’t thinking about fancy restaurants, but more about street food and food markets. However, arriving very late to the Sukhotai hotel, this seemed as the only choice we had, plus it sounded interesting. We came to the restaurant half an hour before the last order, so we didn’t have a lot of time to browse... More

Read some very harsh comment. Felt not so fair. During the day, it's really calm and relaxing sitting inside the restaurant. Set lunch offers food variety of food. Portion is just right with some surprises. I would recommend it especially if you stay at the hotel. It's not cheap.

After living in Thailand for more than two years I must say that I have had my best traditional Thai food at Celadon. Great Service and very delicious food and great Service. Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
